What is Open Factory<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

“Open<\/strong>Factory” is the most important opening of industrial and manufacturing culture: promoted by ItalyPost <\/b>and L’Economia <\/b>del Corriere della Sera, it is an initiative, now in its ninth edition, that aims to open up and make known to the general public the businesses that generate value for the country. Open Factory is a project designed to make people understand the cultural, social and economic importance of doing business: opening the doors of factories becomes a fundamental gesture to make people perceive the importance they have for the country’s future and for the many young people to whom they can help discover the beauty of Italian manufacturing.<\/p>\n

Open Factory thus serves to tell people about their companies, strengthen their ties with the community and their employees, attract young talent, and make them feel that factories are a value to everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tenth edition<\/strong> will take place on Saturday, November 23 and Sunday, November 24, 2024 in presence <\/strong>within the companies and live digitally<\/strong> on this website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

It’s easy for businesses to participate: how it works<\/h3>\n

All participating businesses will open their doors on Saturday, November 23 and\/or Sunday, November 24, 2024<\/strong>. The public will need to register on the event website, and the list of people attending will be provided to the company in good time so that the event can be managed safely. Visiting shifts and a maximum number of people per shift<\/strong> will be defined, depending on the physical and organizational availability of the company itself. The company will then only have to take charge of managing the visits and any welcome drinks for visitors. The company can promote the event on its own channels, for example, to get employees’ family members, suppliers, or customers to attend.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
